Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer: Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service will not be eligible for a refund. However, customers may reschedule or transfer their booking to another person.
2. Refund Policy: Refunds are only issued under applicable circumstances and will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or late arrivals. Customers are encouraged to arrive on time to ensure they receive the full service.
In the rare event that we are unable to provide the service, customers will be offered an alternative date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
If the service is cancelled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
3. Returns Policy: We accept returns under the following conditions:
Rescheduling Needs: If a customer needs to reschedule their booking, they may request a return for a new appointment date.
Transfer of Booking: Customers may return their booking to transfer it to another person.
Unforeseen Circumstances: If external factors such as bad weather or unforeseen situations prevent the service from being delivered, a return may be processed.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the scheduled service.
There are no general shipping costs associated with returns.
If a return is due to an error on our part, we will cover any additional costs.
Each return request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine the best resolution. Our priority is to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
4. Exchanges Policy: We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchanges are allowed for date changes or if the booking needs to be transferred to another person.
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days.
Shipping costs for exchanges, if applicable, may be the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
